This is because its not checking for dupes when making feed entries. This will be fixed by the upcoming overhaul to activity feed management, but is still a bug for now

This has been partially fixed by the overhauled activity system but is still technically possible.

Possible fix is to override the timestamp on the activity note using the timestamp of the mastodon status when fetched
