Allow Campers to set custom display names within the Lodge and via a Campfire command in discord.

Display names are currently set automatically via your Discord display name. This behavior will continue to be the case by default, but setting a custom display name sets it to your custom name and stops auto updating.

You will be able to turn auto-update-from-Discord back on.

These display names will be used anywhere that Campfire/The Lodge mention you, and will also be used in Twitch overlays, etc
